Our current display home, The Regent 287, has undoubtedly been our most successful to date with the positive response from thousands of visitors being overwhelming. With our display home now being offered For Sale we are excited to announce that planning for our next display is well underway.
With the Sovereign Hills development continuing to grow at a rapid rate which will only be further boosted with the opening of stage 1 of the town centre to be known as Sovereign Place in November 2019, the demand for the next display village couldn’t be stronger.
The new display village earth and infrastructure works can be clearly seen behind the existing village in readiness for home construction during 2020.
Our Better Homes team in conjunction with our building designers, Collins w Collins have been working on fresh design ideas over recent months many of which are as a result of the valued feedback we receive from our clients and display home visitors. The final design for our next display is now complete.
Without divulging too many secrets we can say that the new design while being a large executive style home, does offer endless potential for redesign to meet the individual needs of each client. After all, building a new home is all about designing to suit.
Whether it be main bedroom seclusion and luxury, an entertainer’s heavenly delight or practical living and ample storage we are confident our new home will have something for everyone.
